When Miley Cyrus embarked on her Bangerz tour last weekend in Vancouver, we all assumed that the tour would be shocking, but only in a suggestive way. However, Miley has moved on from just sticking her tongue out to shoving her tongue down Katy Perry‘s throat. We have to ask: did both ladies like it?
It’s grills gone wild in Hollywood these days! We thought it was over back in ’06, but lately the teeth bling thing has been making a comeback in a huge way. Madonna‘s metal mouth’d grin at the 2014 Grammys last weekend reminded us that grills (or “grillz,” to be more precise) can go well and also go wrong…very very badly wrong. And we’ve got plenty examples of both!
Hollywood pulled out all the stops for The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles, netting music’s best and brightest to come out and pay tribute to the 50-years of the Fab Four by playing some of their most iconic songs. Although the telecast doesn’t air until February 9th (a half-century after they famously made their American debut on The Ed Sullivan Show), the show taped last night at the LA Convention Center. If the guest list and photos are any indication, it’s going to be an historic night of television jam packed with unmissable performances!
Last night at the Grammys, everybody was getting jiggy with it thanks to a number of energetic performances. Daft Punk (with Stevie Wonder, Niles Rodgers and Pharrell Williams) inspired everyone to do their best white girl dance as they performed their undeniably catchy hit single, “Get Lucky.” It literally felt like everyone was on their feet having a good time. But who can blame them? We were dancing in our living room.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift couldn’t help but out Taylor herself with a bunch of dance moves of her own. Beyonce and Jay Z are singing? Taylor’s got a couple of moves for them. Willie Nelson is on stage? Sure, she can throw her hands in the air.
