Artists are going H.A.M. these days with tattoos galore and it seems like they’re running out of places to get inked. Take for example, Ke$ha’s AND Miley’s mouth tattoo. Can anyone say ouch? It’s springtime, but the SoundScan charts are still under a deep freeze. That’s because the Frozen soundtrack is still going strong, and this week had its biggest sales week yet, thanks to the billion-dollar-movie-that-could’s release on DVD last week.
