Sam Smith Gets A Surprise Gift From Modern Family Star Eric Stonestreet

Just because someone is famous doesn’t mean they aren’t a fan. Celebrities are people, too, which gives them the right to freak out over the person/thing of their choice, just like us. In addition to worshipping at the throne of Beyoncé, June’s You Oughta Know artist Sam Smith loves Modern Family, telling GQ UK that Cameron Tucker (Eric Stonestreet) “is the best thing [he's] ever seen in [his] entire life.” Stonestreet has been playing the hilarious Cam since 2009 and has two Emmy Awards to his name, so it’s difficult to argue that he isn’t the greatest thing since the snooze button. Because we at VH1 like to make dreams come true, we saw it as our duty to bring these two together.
