From 'The Jenny McCarthy Show' Cocktail Files: Show Your Pride With A "Gin And Tolerance"

The news was celebrated by all, including Jenny McCarthy. That's why she's showing her pride with a "Gin and Tolerance" on The Jenny McCarthy Show.

GIN AND TOLERANCE

Ingredients

+4 to 5 tonic water Ice Cubes (see Directions)

+3 ounces gin

+1 ounce triple sec

+½ cup tonic water

+¼ cup cranberry juice

+Splash of freshly squeezed lime juice

+Orange rind for garnish

+Fresh cranberries for garnish

+Rainbow flag for garnish

Directions

Note: To make the tonic ice cubes, fill an empty ice cube tray with tonic water, and let the cubes freeze for several hours. These will last a few weeks in the fridge.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, triple sec, tonic water and cranberry and lime juices. Shake for 30 seconds until perfectly chilled. Serve in an old fashioned glass and garnish with tonic ice cubes, an orange rind and fresh cranberries. Finish it off with a rainbow flag in the drink and enjoy!
