Where Are They Now? The Cast of Jersey Shore

Get crazy, get wild! It's time to see what the cast of Jersey Shore has been up to.

Party’s here! No, really. This is not a drill! It’s T-shirt time. Your favorite fist-pumping, GTL-ing, housemates are back and this time for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. It’s been nearly a decade since we were introduced to the people who made words like “grenade” and “meatball” part of our vernacular, and a lot has gone down since then. Deena got married! Snooki and JWoww have husbands and children! Ronnie is now a dad (but he didn’t find happily ever after with Sammi Sweetheart!) Like we said, a lot has changed. So let’s take a look at the cast of The Jersey Shore then and now!

  • 1 THEN: Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino
    Getty Images
We’ve got ourselves a situation! Back in 2009, there was nothing that Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino loved more than showing off his abs and a good GTL. GTL stands for gym, tan, laundry. Your welcome for the vocabulary lesson.

Mike spent his time post-Shore, on reality shows like, Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars and Dancing With the Stars. In 2014, The Situation got himself into a little situation when he and his brother were indicted on tax offenses and ended up with additional tax-related charges in 2017. He’s not letting that stop him from reuniting with his Jersey famiglia! He’ll be partying sober, though, after battling an addiction with prescription medication.

  • 3 THEN: Ronnie Ortiz-Magro

Then, Ronnie was the guy who made the mistake of getting tied down by Sammi Sweetheart. For seasons we watched their relationship both flourish and struggle. Pauly D said he was “a client and the president” of the IFF: I’m F-cked Foundation. Nothing was more true in 2009.

Ronnie also appeared on a few reality shows after calling it quits with Sammi in 2014. He started seeing Khloe Kardashian’s BFF Malika Haqq after appearing on Famously Single, but the pair ended things in March of 2017. He’s a father now–his girlfriend, Jen Harley gave birth to their daughter in April 2018.

  • 5 THEN: Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio
    Getty Images
Your favorite fist-pumping DJ was a constant source of entertainment in the house. We could never forget Pauly D running around screaming, “IT’S T-SHIRT TIME!” or “CABS ARE HERE!” Plus, his hair was “wind-proof, water-proof, soccer-proof, motorcycle-proof.” Although he wasn’t willing to find out if it was bullet-proof.

  • 6 NOW: Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio

DJ Pauly D has done it all. From reality television to a DJing residency in Vegas! He’s also a father! He shares a child with Amanda Markert, a woman he met while in Vegas in 2013. In early 2016, he appeared on Famously Single where he started an on-again/off-again relationship with Aubrey O’Day. They’re currently off-again.

  • 7 THEN: Vinny Guadagnino
    Getty Images
Ah, Vinny. Arguably the most normal and adorable person in the house (am I being biased? Of course I’m being biased!) Vinny and Pauly D. had an inseparable bond. Plus, he gave us little nuggets of wisdom like, “You need sucky things in life to make you stronger.” Iconic.

  • 8 NOW: Vinny Guadagnino
    Getty Images
Post-Shore Vinny hosted MTV’s The Show With Vinny and appeared in a few television shows and movies. Currently, he and his mom (awwww) Paola have a Cooking Channel show called Vinny & Ma Eat Across America, which is the cutest thing I’ve ever heard.

  • 9 THEN: Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola
    Getty Images
Sammi AKA “the sweetest b-tch you’ll ever meet” was the quiet one in the house (at least compared to Snooki and JWoww) although, legend has it that if you’re really quiet, you can still hear Sammi yelling at Ron. I think I hear it now…”STAHP IT RAHN! RAHN, STAHP IT!”

  • 10 NOW: Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola
    Getty Images
Sammi Sweetheart won’t be appearing on the reboot, but that doesn’t mean that she isn’t out here, living her best life. Aside from a few appearances on JWoww and Snooki’s reality show, she’s been out of the spotlight. She launched a boutique, Sweetheart Styles, and has a podcast called “Just Sayin.'”

  • 11 THEN: Nicole “Snooki” Polizi
    Getty Images
Little girl, big poof. Snooki took the show’s theme song seriously and was often found getting crazy and getting wild.

  • 12 NOW: Nicole “Snooki” Polizi

Alongside her BFF JWoww, Snooki starred in Snooki & JWoww, appeared on Dancing With the Stars and appeared on The New Celebrity Apprentice. She is married to Jionni LaValle, who she met while on Jersey Shore and they have two children together: Lorenzo and Giovanna.

  • 13 THEN: Jenni “JWoww” Farley
    Getty Images
The toughest chick this side of Seaside, JWoww was fiercely protective of her pals, loved to dance like a maniac at Karma, and had arguably the best line of the show: “You can stay and get your ass beat, you can stay and get your ass beat, or you can stay and get your f-ckin’ ass beat!” She was talking to Angelina, obvi.

  • 14 NOW: Jenni “JWoww” Farley
    Getty Images
JWoww did a few stints on reality television (including her show with Snooki) and even wrote a dang book after her time in seaside came to an end. She’s also a wife and mother! Farley married Roger Mathews, who also appeared on Jersey Shore, and they have two children, Meilani and Greyson. The more I think about it, the more I wonder if Snooki and JWoww are actually the same person.

  • 15 THEN: Deena Cortese
    Getty Images
The second half of #TeamMeatball, Deena and Snooki were two peas in a pod. She may have joined the cast in the third season, but she was always down to party and that helped her fit in easily with the OG crew.

  • 16 NOW: Deena Cortese
    Getty Images
Deena is a married woman now, and of course her housemates made it to her wedding! Her husband Christopher Buckner proposed to her back in November of 2016. She’s currently a dog trainer in New Jersey!

  • 17 THEN: Angelina Pivarnick
    Getty Images
Ah, Angelina. The most controversial of the housemates. She didn’t last very long. Probably because the women all wanted to beat her up (see: JWoww) and the men said things like this about her: “Angelina is the Staten Island ferry: everybody gets a ride and it’s free.”

  • 18 NOW: Angelina Pivarnick

After trying her hand at rapping (yes, rapping) in 2010, Angelina appeared on Couples Therapy With Dr. Jenn in 2012 and then pretty much left reality television. She’s now an EMT with the New York Fire Department. She’s also engaged (although, not to the same guy she was on Couple’s Therapy with.)

See what happens when Ronnie, Sammy and Snooki play a prank on The Situation in this funny clip from MTV’s Jersey Shore.
