Nicki Minaj + K. Michelle's Tour Manager Stabbed To Death In Philadelphia

Nicki Minaj's tour manager, De'Von Day Day Pickett, was stabbed to death early this morning in Philadelphia, according to TMZ. Eric Parker, another member of Nicki Minaj's crew, was also stabbed, but he's still living.

Nicki Minaj broke the news when she posted about Pickett's passing on her Instagram account. Pickett was previously K. Michelle's tour manager. He managed her very first tour, the Rebellious Soul Tour. K. Michelle posted an Instagram of her with Pickett this afternoon.

  I'm in real shock. Woke up this morning to some awful news that you passed. My heart is broken. You managed my first tour ever the "Rebellious Soul Tour" You Were so supportive and excited about the growth of my career. When are we going to stop killing eachother? They don't even know they took away one of the best. You've guided so many careers. The road for many artist won't be the same. The stabbing incident happened outside of CHE Bar & Grill in Philadelphia around 3 a.m. Parker was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition. An argument broke out in the bar around 2:30 a.m., according to a local news report, and continued outside. Police found a cell phone, a hat, and blood outside of the bar. Details are still emerging.

A man named Pierce Boykin has been arrested in Philadelphia and charged with attempted murder, according to Philly.com. Boykin is believed to have been involved in the stabbing incident involving members of Nicki Minaj's crew last week, but police believe De'Von Day Day Pickett was killed by someone else.

Gossip Table's Chloe Melas reports that the Philadelphia police are still on the hunt for a murder suspect. Meanwhile, insiders close to Nicki say that she is extremely distraught and leaning on her close friend Katy Perry for emotional support.

At the moment, she is uncertain whether or not she will continue with her Pinkprint world tour, which was due to kick off on March 16th in Stockholm, Sweden.
