Hilary Duff Files for Divorce

After five years of marriage, Hilary Duff has reportedly filed for divorce from hubby Mike Comrie.

According to TMZ, Duff decided to call it quits shortly after rumors spread about Comrie's wild night out in Beverly Hills, which he was reported drunkenly propositioning women at a restaurant. The pair announced their split in January 2014, but TMZ reports that Duff lists their seperation date as January 2013. The site also reports that Duff is seeking primary custody of their 3-year old son, Luca. Neither have released official statements.

Divorce is never a fun experience, but you can't look me in the eye and not think that Aaron Carter a is wee bit happy. He's obviously not over Hilary, and two getting back together would be a celebrity romantic story for the ages. One can only hope.
