Although their second collaborative album, Kelly left the tour after Friday's show at Madison Square Garden, where he did not finish the show after claiming he'd seen men in the audience waving guns at him, and later was allegedly maced by one of Jay's people (see "Jay-Z, R. Several members of the hip-hop community, including Diddy, Mary, Usher, Busta Rhymes and Snoop Dogg, rallied around Hov, helping him to finish the show at the Garden and the remaining three dates he had scheduled in the New York/ New Jersey area. Kelly has since filed a $75 million lawsuit against Jay and his business associates for loss of income and punitive damages (see "R. Kelly Sues Jay-Z For $75 Million, Claims Sabotage").
