Bianca Ryan: The User's Guide

Name: Bianca Taylor Ryan.

Born: September 1, 1994, in Philadelphia.

First memory: I sang in church when I was like a little kid. That's when I started to sing, in choir. I used to get solos because my grandma was the teacher. I was an okay singer.

Biggest thrill: Winning America's Got Talent. At first it didn't sink in, but when I started making my CD, I thought, "My dream is actually happening!"

Favorite subject at school: It used to be math, but not anymore. I'm in sixth grade so it's like, harder. They're doing variables and replacing some stuff with ledgers. So now it's probably lunchtime.

First CD bought: Something by Hilary Duff. I really like her music, and I really like The Lizzie Maguire Show. I love Hannah Montana so badly now. It's a fun show to watch because she seems to be a really nice, cool person. I really like the songs and the music.

First concert: We went to see Jesse McCartney. My friend took me there. We used to have crushes on him and everything, so it was fun. What happened? He grew up.

Favorite movie: How to Deal, with Mandy Moore. It's about love and stuff. I just like the one guy that's in it. His name is like Macon or Bacon or something. There's a funny scene where she eats these alcoholic chocolates. She bites the top off and then spits it out.

Favorite sandwich: A Philly cheese steak from Philadelphia. Geno's or Pat's make the best. No, they don't let me eat there for free. I haven't gone there yet because I've been really busy, but my mom and dad order by phone. Have I ever been in a food fight? I planned them in school, but nothing ever happened. They always chickened out.

Favorite item of clothing: My rock clothes, the ones that say, "Rolling Stones" and all that cool stuff. I really like accessories and jewelry. But what I really want is a Pac-Man machine. I've always loved that game. Whenever I go to a hotel, I go to the arcade to play Pac-Man.

Favorite time of day: I never want to go to bed. The latest I've ever stayed up was five in the morning. I stay up late sometimes when I'm out with my friends. On weekends and stuff when I'm at home, I'll sing, watch TV, bake cookies and have sleepover parties. Then when I fall asleep, I don't want to get up!

Hanging on my bedroom wall: I have a dream-catcher. You go to sleep and it's like a little net thingy that catches all your nightmares and stuff. Well, that's what they say. Last night I dreamt that I went to school. But I didn't, I was only sleeping. So I was all confused this morning.

Ideal vacation: I want to go to Hawaii. I want to dance in hula skirts and go to the beach. They actually have, like, blue water. Ours is dirty. The best vacation I've been on so far was to Disney World. There was a Twilight Zone/Tower of Terror ride where there were these holographic ghosts and everything. I just went ballistic.

Hobbies: I like to play the game Dance Dance Revolution. I like to dance. I like any song that has a good beat. And I watch TV and movies. I also like to shop.

Ambitions: I definitely want to be a singer when I grow up. I want to be an actress, too. I hope to do a TV show on the Disney Channel. It's like my favorite station ever. I'm pretty good at acting. I've taken acting lessons before, but then I like stopped because I started singing and stuff. I didn't have time. I want to make music videos on MTV and do hip-hop and stuff. I want to work with Eminem!

Ringtone: My dad won't let me get a cell phone, but he said now he'll let me get one so I can keep in touch with my friends when I'm like on the road and stuff. If I had a ringtone, it would be a good Kelly Clarkson song, like "Since U Been Gone."

Favorite sports team: The Philadelphia 76ers. I really like basketball. I play in my backyard against my brother and all that stuff. I've sung the National Anthem for the New York Knicks and the Rangers ... I sang at Madison Square Garden like eight times!

If I could be any character from history: I would want to be Andrew Carnegie. He was a billionaire, and he made it off of steel and everything. I don't get how you live with all that money. You're never going to be able to spend it all in your lifetime, so I'd give most of it away.
