Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port, Lauren Bosworth and others from the insanely popular show held court in a mansion overlooking the L.A. skyline Monday night and celebrated the end of their latest round of escapades.

"It's so

surreal. I mean we've done three of these things now, but this is amazing," a visibly awed Port beamed, scanning the ever-growing crowd. "It's so weird to be a part of something like this. It's awesome!"

"I think every year [the wrap parties] get a little bigger," Conrad chimed in, fresh from navigating the red carpet at the palatial Beverly Hills estate. "Our first one was just a small one with a couple of cameras, so every year we get a few more photographers."

"It feels great! I can't believe, I mean, we're going into a fourth season," Patridge said. "It's, like, crazy!"

It's, like, about to, like, explode even more, Conrad insisted, thanks to a final episode that was high on tension between new roommates L.C., Audrina and Lo. Expect that dynamic to fuel the flames of season four, revealed Patridge, who confessed that parts of next year's show have already "started filming."

"Everything that happened in the end of tonight's finale kind of rolls into the fourth season," she said. "Everything's still kind of developing and unraveling."

But for last night, at least, there were no catfights, just catwalks. No brawls, just brews. And no screaming drama queens, just screaming fans — by the busload, actually — as 300 lucky viewers got to watch the season-ender alongside their idols thanks to a special projector that screened the finale on the side of the building.

It couldn't have ended better, L.C. said.

"Finales are fun because we filmed for like eight months, and it all gets put together in a show and this is kind of the end," she said. "[But] there's such a build up to it. We're always eager to see what fans think!"
