multiple Grammy wins to her beloved jailbird husband, "Blake, incarcerated," the singer appears headed for divorce.

The Associated Press is reporting that Blake Fielder-Civil is filing for divorce from Winehouse less than two years after the hard-living couple tied the knot, alleging that the "Rehab" singer has been unfaithful to him. Fielder-Civil's lawyer, Henri Brandman, has released a statement, explaining, "I can confirm that I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's adultery."

Winehouse — who in the past year has battled a series of health issues, including what was reported to be the early stages of the deadly lung disease emphysema — was pictured topless over the Christmas holiday on the beach in St. Lucia and, in several shots, cavorting with former rugby player Josh Bowman.

According to MTV UK, in an interview last weekend, Winehouse boasted of bedding Bowman. Meanwhile, Fielder-Civil is back in jail for a second stint in connection with his part in beating up a bar manager and then offering him a bribe to keep quiet about the assault. Fielder-Civil was ordered to serve 27 months originally. He was then sent to a rehab facility after his release in November and returned to jail several weeks later over a bail violation.

"Blake looks like me — a right mess. But Josh is all handsome and clean, and that's what I love about him," Winehouse reportedly said.

Fielder-Civil, for his part, claims he's bailing on the marriage to help Winehouse, whom he married in May 2007 during a surprise ceremony in Miami. "I have to let her go to save her life," Fielder-Civil told the British tabloid News of the World in November, well before the Bowman scandal broke. "I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love."

A spokesperson for Winehouse said the singer had no comment on the matter at press time.
