Perez Hilton Plans Legal Action Over Will.I.Am Incident
'All persons responsible for this cowardly act of physical violence will be sued,' Hilton's attorney says.

Following an alleged altercation with the Black Eyed Peas' Will.I.Am and the band's manager, gossip blogger Perez Hilton has released several written statements, a video response and streams of Twitter
posts. Now he's getting set to sue, according to a report from "Access Hollywood."
"All persons responsible for this cowardly act of physical violence will be sued and held legally responsible for their actions," Hilton's attorney, Bryan J. Freedman, said in a statement. "His First Amendment rights will not be infringed upon through fear, intimidation or violence."
Hilton was said to suffer a cut beneath his eye during an altercation between the blogger and Peas manager Liborio "Polo" Molina
early Monday morning in Toronto. Hilton directed an anti-gay slur at Will in the course of the incident.
"Perez will take legal action against anyone who chooses to resort to physical violence as a means to respond to criticism they do not like," the statement continued.
Freedman also stated that they "are conducting a legal investigation as to whether Will.I.Am encouraged and/or instructed Molina to engage in this physical assault."
Toronto Police have charged Molina, 36, with assault.
He must return to Toronto's Old City Hall Courthouse on August 5 to answer to the charge.
