KOZY SHACK® JOINS THE BAND WITH THE VH1 SAVE THE MUSIC FOUNDATION

Manufacturer of Kozy Shack Jammin' Gels™ Supports Music Education

Hicksville, LI -- Kozy Shack, Inc., the manufacturer of Jammin' Gels™, a new line of nutritious children's snacks is proud to announce its sponsorship of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation's 10th Anniversary Campaign. Kozy ShackĘ will raise $25,000 for The Foundation through the donation of funds for each Kozy Shack Jammin' Gels™ product purchased. VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of education in public schools across America by restoring instrumental music programs.

Since its inception, VH1 Save The Music has been dedicated to putting instruments back in the hands of children whose music programs have been cut due to budget reductions as well as saving music programs at risk due to lack of instruments.

"With the introduction of Kozy Shack Jammin' Gels™, our new innovative product targeted to school-age children, Kozy ShackĘ and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation are working together to promote the welfare of kids through music programs for their minds and fruit juice snacks for better eating habits," said Cindy Fitton, senior product manager for Kozy ShackĘ. "Because the product is made with 50% fruit juice, we're proud that Kozy Shack Jammin' Gels™ is the first gel snack to qualify as a 1/4 fruit serving under the National School Lunch Program.

Kozy Shack® will participate in one of the gala fundraising events hosted this summer by The Foundation. "Flaunt Your Flirt with VH1 Save The Music," set for July 28, will raise awareness and thousands of dollars for The Foundation. The East Hampton, New York benefit will be held at the estate of Jaci Wilson Reid and Morris L. Reid and will feature a performance by a VH1 hit artist.

As part of the sponsorship, Kozy ShackĘ will adopt a VH1 Save The Music Foundation school and present musical instruments when classes return in the fall. Kozy Shack Jammin' Gels™ are available in supermarket dairy cases in convenient single-serving containers, six or four in a pack, and make a perfect snack during band practice.
