STAR LOUNGE CD – 11TH EDITION

Los Angeles, Tuesday November 13, 2007 - The 11th edition of STAR 98.7’s Star Lounge CD releases today exclusively at participating Best Buy Stores in the LA area.

This year’s one-of-a-kind compilation CD of live performances recorded in the Star Lounge – Guitar Center Studio will showcase 14 tracks of various artists from the past year. 

The list of 98.7 artists are:  Lifehouse, Patty Griffin, Rocco Deluca, Daughtry, Pink, Maroon 5, Nelly Furtado, Goo Goo Dolls, Mat Kearney, Kelly Clarkson, John Mayer, The Wreckers, Ray Lamontagne and Keane.

The Star Lounge CD will sell exclusively in participating Best Buy Stores in the LA/OC area as well as BestBuy.com. 

Proceeds from the sale of the Star Lounge CD Collection ’07 will benefit the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America’s public schools and raising awareness about the importance of music as a part of each child’s complete education.
