Stylistically reminiscent of adventure-documentaries and horror films, VH1's "Celebrity Paranormal Project" follows well-known actors, musicians, athletes and comedians as they explore some of the world's most haunted places. The profiled locations include a tuberculosis hospital where 70,000 victims languished and died during the height of the epidemic in the 1930's, an abandoned asylum for the criminally insane where disturbing hauntings have been reported for decades and a derelict maximum security prison with an execution chamber that some say still contains the ghosts of the condemned.
