Full Episode Summary

Things come full circle as the celebrities find themselves at the field where they had their first Fit Camp and fitness assessment with Harvey ninety nine days prior. Everyone is put to the test again to compare their fitness levels from the beginning of the series to their new, improved fitness levels now... and the team that shows the most improvement will receive a ten-pound credit on the Giant Scale. The process is thrown for a loop when Captain Kelly LeBrock shows up too sick to compete, which prompts the rest of Kelly's Bellies to push themselves that much harder to keep their team in the running.

Ebony Flame isn't about to hand over the ten-pound credit, as everyone knows that only 1 pound currently separates the two teams, and the results of this competition will likely decide which team will walk away with the grand prize the following evening. Everyone on both teams compete fiercely, with Bruce Vilanch showing amazing improvement... but will his improvement be enough to secure a win for his team?

At the weight loss ceremony, we find out which fit clubber lost the most weight this season, with Young MC on track to beat the previous record of 41 pounds lost by Phil Margera in season 2. Countess Vaughn, on the other hand, is in danger of setting a new record as the first fit clubber ever to finish a season without losing an ounce.

Bizarre, however, steals the show by showing everyone a tattoo he got in honor of his experience on Celebrity Fit Club. Just what the tattoo says is enough to bring Kelly LeBrock to tears.

Finally, at the Giant Scale, Ant announces the team improvement percentages from the final Fit Camp, awards the ten-pound credit, and names the overall Grand Prize winner of Celebrity Fit Club 3.

The person who lost the most weight in episode 8 will receive the ultimate High Roller Vegas weekend, compliments of Valet Noir - the nation's leader in luxury travel services.
