The seven female rappers take it to the stage when guest director John Singleton stops by and gives the girls a few acting pointers. Next, the "Hook, Rhyme & Swinga" Challenge poses difficult questions for the girls: Which team will dance and rap like they're stars and who will suffer the agony of da feet? Constant arguing amongst the rappers has at least one contestant feeling down. But will playing wannabe peacemaker only add fuel to the fire? At elimination, one femcee gets burnt.
