Ten eager female rappers from across the country check into The Fembassy Hotel (conveniently located near Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles) with nothing except their skills, heart, and dreams of winning $100,000 and the title of Miss Rap Supreme. Once settled in, the ladies get to know each other the best way possible: by drinking, playing a rowdy game of Truth or Dare and then fighting into the wee hours of the morning.
For their first real test, the femcees rap for their fellow sisters in the neighborhood. But the girls must pray they survive the special surprise Yo-Yo has for them. Stress, nerves and good ol' fashioned competitiveness before the first elimination climaxes in a vulgarity-filled finale in which one contestant demands that the other women r-e-s-p-e-c-t her at all costs.
