Waking up with 15 girls, Flav quickly presents their first challenge. Flav's looking for a girl that can mend his broken heart. The girls must dress up as nurses and each come up with their own prescription for Flav's heartache. The house is in a tizzy as the girls rush to primp and prep for their man. At the Flavor of Love General Hospital, three of the girls find the perfect remedy to jumpstart his lagging heart, earning them a death-defying date with Flav that will truly test if they are ready to "take the plunge". Back at the house, the remaining girls gather around for a special guest who invokes camaraderie and tears but it's not long before true colors reveal themselves in a huge fight bringing to life two archrivals and altering existence in the house indefinitely.
