    A NYC native, Jen Bayer made her TV debut on Dame Dash's BET reality competition show "The Ultimate Hustler." It was in 2005, that Dame coined her nickname "Jen The Pen," which has stuck ever since. Jen started her radio career at Sirius Satellite doing gossip for DJ Whoo Kid on G-Unit Radio.     Jen has been dating rapper Consequence for over 5 years and one year ago the couple welcomed their first son, Caiden.
