But his knowledge of the brand doesn't stop there. He started as a pit clerk in 1995 and has been with MGM Resorts for 16 years. What does that mean? He knows the brand inside and out in ways most executives at a company do not. He is looking for a face that can capture the vast diversity and fun that is Mandalay Bay.
