Jaxx & Mayhem are best friends and the hottest rap act to come out of the East Coast. Together they are rock solid until larger forces set out to divide and conquer. Domino, head of Da Block Records, seduces Jaxx west with the promise of a solo career and fame. Once there, Jaxx has to find a way out of the escalating violence in a world where the street gangster mentality rules.
