  1. Tameka Tiny Cottle-Harris transitioned from a teen star to an astute businesswoman with a creative and cutting edge approach to entertainment. Best known as a member of the legendary multi-platinum R & B group Xscape, she later emerged as a Grammy Award winning songwriter.

Venturing into television production, she offered dual talents as the star and executive producer of the reality show and Tiny and Toya. It finished the season as the highest rated show in BET history and reintroduced Tiny to a new generation of fans. In December 2012, she executive produced and stared in the Vh1 late night talk show, Tiny Tonight.

Tiny grew up in the south side Atlanta suburb of College Park surrounded by music. Her dad, Charles Pope, along with her uncle are founding members of the R & B group, The Tams. Upon discovering her natural singing ability as a teen, her father quickly enrolled her in vocal lessons. Then at 15, she nailed an audition for entry into the R & B group Xscape. In 1992, music mogul Jermaine Dupri signed the group to a record deal with So So Def Recordings. Their debut album Hummin Cumin at Cha was released in 1993 and went on to sell over a million copies spawning two number one Billboard Hot R & B/Hip Hop Singles, Just Kickin' It and Understanding. The group went on to release two more albums, Off the Hook (1995) and Traces of My Lipstick (1998). Over ten million copies of the album were sold worldwide and the group earned two Soul Train Music Awards. Unfortunately, the group disbanded in 1998. The following year, Tiny and former Xscape member Kandi Burrus co-wrote the 1999 run-away hit No Scrubs for the R & B group TLC. The song scored a Grammy Award in 2000 for "Best Song of the Year" and topped the Billboard charts at #1 for 10 weeks. The song ultimately ushered in a new sound for upcoming artists and helped catapult the careers of its collaborators.

While on a hiatus from music in 2001, Tiny met T.I. while shopping at Lenox Mall in Atlanta. Admiring his drive and no nonsense approach to life and love, the two quickly connected. After a courtship of close to ten years in 2010, Tiny and T.I. were married in Miami. Most rewarding are the roles they share parenting their six children, Zonnique Pullins; Tiny's daughter from a previous relationship, King and Major Harris born to her and T.I., and T.I.'s children Domani, Messiah and Deyjah.

Tiny launched a music production company called Pretty Hustle in 2009. Pretty Hustle is the home of the OMG Girlz, a rapidly rising teen pop group featuring Tiny's daughter Zonnique and best friends Bajha and Breanna Womack. OMG is also the new face of the Wataah brand, an electrolyte water line sold nationally. OMG is the first group on the Tiny's label and a passion project that she keeps very close to her heart. Tiny's newest addition to Pretty Hustle is her quartet older girls group, French Kiss, a project that Tiny views as a "New version of Xscape with a 2013 twist".

Her family afflictions with Alzheimer's prompted her to create "For the Love of our Fathers", a non-profit agency she started with T.I. in 2009. The agency was formed in honor of her father who suffers from the disease and in memory of T.I.'s dad Clifford "Buddy" Harris, Sr., who passed away after suffering with the disease.

With an affinity for work in the spotlight and in the background, Tiny is committed to building her family legacy. Tiny is proud of her professional success but her biggest accomplishment is having a loving family and watching her children grow. Ultimately, fans can continue to look forward to all things new, hot and inspirational from this multi-talented dynamic woman.
