Am I the only one that noticed the customer's hair was bone straight when she was discussing the tat with Alex. When Alex comes back and flips the table the customer's hair is wet n wavy. This scene is hella fake.

Why is everyone so serious about everything!! Did you honestly think that they would film a more sophisticated shop with artists that all loved each other and got along everyday with no drama? This is VH1 people it is not their responsibility to make us look any other kind of way. How can these 5 nobodys be respresentative of an entire race, the white people i know don't look at me and think "Black Ink Crew" so lighten up black people and let the television be an entertainment tool not an educational one.

First of all great Props but pleas handle yourself in a manner, Your in a great position to show others that anything is possible, Now Keeping 100 Business is Business Ceaser & Dutches need to claim all that Unprofessional All of you guys , Need to Represent the Fact that Your giving the World the image that we are out of control & the Owner Being Soft ,Ceaser means to STOP CRAZINESS get a Grip , bring that Business man On!

LOL! You do have a point. I thought Black Ink was because the tattoo ink. Not until you mentioned it, I didn't think it was because all the artists were Black. I say this because I know of shops with the name "Black Ink..Studio/Place/Gallery, etc" that white owned.

PLease y'all change your behavior and be more professional. You can always have fun but no the time and the place. Is this really how you wanted to convey yourselves and the shop? The reputation is in the slumps and All you can see is another group of black people acting a fool. What ethnicity doesn't act a fool but can we at least have a black show that shows their creativity, skill, professionalism, and determination to open doors for others?
