I'm glad he apologized to her. That was a long time coming. Finally he manned up and admitted he did wrong and was wrong. And I love shar. She rocks. So does Bach, I grew up on his music. I was in high school when all the hair bands were still at the top of their game.

For a weight loss show regardless of celebrities or civilians that has got to be the best season I have ever seen. It brought rain showers to my eyes. I have learned alot from this show and its given me more motivation than anything I have ever read or seen on 30 min. exercise tapes. It is all in the people that support you and motivate you the most. I am so impressed by this show that I wish I could be a part of it but I am not a celebrity plus my time is taken up by my first priority, my mom who has alzheimers & dementia and needs me plus a full time job. Again, thanks to Harvey, Ian and Donna and all the celebrities that made this show a sensational hit for me and I can't wait til the next show. It will be a hard one to beat. Thanks to all who participated. You were all great! As for Nicole, shut up and listen for once!
