I KNEW THE BLUE TEAM WAS GOING TO WIN. BECAUSE THEY GOT SEBASTIAN BACH ON THERE TEAM AND SEBASTIAN WINS ALL THE TIME. I LOVE HIM HE IS A HEAVY METAL GOD,AND HE IS A LEGEND,AND STILL SO DAMN SEXY. there already is a show for regular people needing to lose weight and to change their lives.....called "The Biggest Loser"........and if you want to see some overweight people, check that show out!

Where do you find the exercise and meal plans on this website? I was just watching the show and they said we could download them; does anyone know how? Am I missing something?
