The reason no one takes this show seriously is that Gary really should be in a psych ward and everyone knows it. They are just keeping him on for entertainment value, which really takes all credibility away from Dr. Drew.

Jeff is such a drama queen ... I think people were really pulling for him in the first season, but this is getting old, fast and I think that he just doesn't really care about really kicking his addiction.

I love Gary busey and am glad that he finally got the help he has needed. I love Jeff Conaway and I definitely agree that he and Vicki should end their relationship, she is too whinny and has too many issues of her that needs to be dealt with before she tries a real relationship. As for Sean Stewart, he is really whimpy. I expected someone more of a man, to be Rod Stewart's son. Who doesn't know of Buddy Holly???? Rodney King seems to be the strongest of the men and my money is on him to not relapse. He seems to be a good, solid person. Steven Addler also has my money ridding on him for no relapse. I love Steven and I think he is an honest and dear person. His friends and family are blessed to have him.

This Stewart moron is one of the geekiest guys on the planet. Every time he speaks about his limp boners, issues with women, insecurities, etc, I want to vomit. All those "bad ass" tattoos on his arms combined with his duck walking just makes him even more cringe worthy. His father is Rod Stewart and yet he doesn't know about Buddy Holly? Jeez, Rod must be proud.. The person who told him he was a waste of sperm might have been on to something. The guy can't even spell the substance he's using (heroin) and can't get his metaphors straight (you're a 67 yr old man stuck in a 12 yr old's body????). Even Gary picked up on that one.
