Man.. poor Shell she has to take alot from the patients :/ I felt so bad when she actually cried. I didn't think I'd ever see that from her in the show, but she makes such a difference in the patients lives

Shelly is amazing, but if you watch CR4 she looks so warn out compared to on here. Almost as if she's on something again.

I've never seen anything other than cadillac, Delta sky miles, or cancer awareness commercials during these episodes. I'm not sure how you're seeing something so different...

My Prayers and thoughts go out to Shelley... God Bless her, she takes so much crap off these people who think we should feel sorry for. Everyone Celebrities are NOT perfect by a long shot. Shellely is the one who should be commended for kicking her drug habit, and sticking to it, even more so since Seth came back, cranked it up in front of her. STEVEN Adler need Anger Management! Jeff needs to stop playing different characters on here!

Does this Shifty dude think that getting Mohawks and wearing hats all the time will trick viewers into believing he's still got hair? He's close to being cue ball and the goofy headgear isn't helping matters. Whatshisname from Poison does the same thing. Never see that guy without a cowboy hat and bandanna, lol

Jeff's drama wears me the heck out just watching it. It is relentlessly all about him, 24/7. I can't imagine what it was like to be a fellow patient or even worse, staff who has to put up w/ that. His behavior reminds me of my 3-yr-old nephew when he throws a tantrum. That's when Jeff was first sexually assaulted. Seems like when he's in stress behavior, his 3-yr-old is running the show -- stuck at that age.

SETH "SHIFTY" if you are that bad off, idk if there is a chance of going back. I have never seen anyone that bad with drugs. SCARY! hopefully he gets better, sucks what happens to ppl, drugs are evil.
