Her affinity for enjambed (lines that become) crescendos commands the heart to skip beats in order to mimic the rythm and meter of her lyrical lines. I have contemplated her technique for years -- forgive if I sound pedantic, but she is so John Donne-ish which I mean as a complement.
She's doing whatever it is geniuses do right about now. Probably designing more constructs that arrive at her unique poetic conscioussness. I'm rediscovering her again. She's absolutely brilliant, I'm glad she's around.
