Green Day's been my inspiration ever since I was about 7 years old. I loved them back then and I still love them now, but honestly, nothing beats their old stuff. I'm talking about albums like Dookie, Nimrod, Kerplunk, International Superhits!, Shenanagans, 1,039/Smooth, etc. If you compare Green Day from the 1989/1994 era to Green Day from the 2004/2010 era, it's a big difference, and kind of a scary one too.
