well, to those negative people, this was a very appropriate song when they sang it in the superdome in september 2006 and the chorus speaks to my heart exactly how i feel after having my oldest son murdered when he was 16 in rural georgia in september 1992 - here comes the rain again falling from the stars, drenched in my pain again becoming who we care, as my memory rests but never forgets what i lost, wake me up when september ends - i was so glad they did the first part of it the other night in new orleans. it hasn't been played at any other stop on the tour.
I actually hate this video its so stupid, its about some teenagers in love and one goes to war and the other has a mental breakdown. Aww thats so romantic! But i like the song and band
