When Corri unveils her new jewelry collection at the e-DropOff anniversary party, the bling hits the fan between her and Nicole.
This comment suggests that you must not own our own business. I have been here before and have had an employee for years too long who felt like they should have been given a prize for doing the job they were getting paid to do! She has every single right to be as blunt as she wants. The girl could have made a case for herself, but she didn't, so she was fired. You can't be talking ish about your boss and their choices and expect to have a job when they find out! Stupid.
Had an employee JUST LIKE this girl and had to fire her too! Some people feel like they deserve more than they are given. This Corri's business which means she can do whatever the hell she wants when she wants. "I have some thoughts about the direction of E Drop Off." Really?? When did she make you partner?
I totally agree with you! Corri said exactly how I felt about Nicole... delusional! What did she want from Corri's company? Partnership? Don't think so!
Corri would not have said a word if her boyfriend wouldn't have suggested that she "talk to her" not fire her...that was her being pissed off leading her decision making ...and I'm not saying Nicole was right but I can understand her....as far as hiring Daniel "Of course he isn't going to piss off the boss" she made a mistake there...
Personally I think Corri is full of herself. And I think she's an idiot for giving Daniel the job.
Corri gave her many chances to own up to what she said and explain herself. I really think if Nicole was honest with Corri and confessed and apologizes, I really believe Corri will then find a way to keep her and adhere to her wishes and career goals. You really can't keep someone who's not being honest with you. Are you a business owner?
Corri, you made the right decision. People like that can poison the company, all that you've worked for. You never promised her stores, etc.
Good call Corri.... People like Nicole are dangerous.
Wow, I was not expecting that! I'm definitely a fan of Corri, and all that she is doing, however I think she went into the meeting wanting to fire Nicole. I"m sure this is a huge negative blow to the morale at the company as well. I can see were Nicole was not being professional by airing her grievances with colleagues, instead of bringing them straight to Corrie. However, Corrie's approach in the meeting would have put anyone on the defensive. I hope Nichole lands on her feet somewhere great
