Zach Honestly from my view he tries to hard to be something that he's not made out to be. He wants to be a leader but with leadership comes a team the people u have to lead and with out his team or their words or ideas who is he leading...Nobody so there u end up with jus him and thats what he thinks in his mind me me me then them. not me&them...He needs to think Team. Think like Diddy....Diddy has his own company he's leading but he listening to his people's ideas he takes them into concetration it may be hard to see but he does and in the end the decison is left to him and he has to make sure that in that he makes the right decison not just based upon what he thinks is right but his team of workers as well he cant run Sean John alone and thats the point he making to you....thats why he's looking for an assistant this is not one of those fake this is just for money shows for entertainment as u can see Capricorn is still there and beatiful as ever,his being real when he say you wanna work for him...you got think outside the box go out and behond.....and Zach simply wasn't thinking for the TEAM he wasnt honest, in Which diddy stated when reviweing the photos dont lie if u did something for whatver reason jus come out and say it....simple as that. Zach MAYBE with some more expierence and advice and learning u can come back and try again but as of now..YOUR NOT READY TO WORK FOR DIDDY! Sorry man....think SEANJOHN...think TEAM...

i think that zach is somewhat a sexist turd. he chose a picture showing a girl's crotch, which is offensive to any business corporation. and he has a condescending attitude towards the girls on his team.

I must say that I liked Ivory better this show. Zach really dug a hole for himself. It really isn't that necessary to jock yourself so hard, and his commentary just made him look like the biggest a-hole. The way he spoke to Ivory during the elimination was deplorable and so unnecessary that it actually made Ivory look like the stand-up girl. He sounds like a dude who hates his momma.
