I think Diddy missed the boat hiring only Ebony. He had a successful bi-cultural team. He could have doubled his audience for half the price. Their skills were equal. With spell check, every one can spell. Every assistant takes their shoes off under her desk. Their synergy could have been profitable.

Apparently, Mr. Business Owner, you don't own a dictionary. Articulate means well spoken therefore your statement that "...the other guy was articulate and well spoken..." was somewhat redundant, i.e. repetitive.... Oh, and I'm Black too... and since were sitting here commenting on a Diddy show blog, WE COULD USE A DIDDY JOB TOO! I wonder exactly what kind of business you own anyway... hmmmm maybe a "Be your own boss, make money at home...on line......

I have to add...if ppl aren't going to say nice things about Diddy, then don't say anything. The man is a who he is because he takes care of business (hint). Why is it that the winners of Diddy's shows like this one and all of the "Making the Band" shows don't get that much publicity after the show's over? If they don't get that much publicity then you hear about the group breaking up or someone in the group is no longer a part of it. I honestly think that Diddy blows up people's head and sell them tons of dreams "for the moment" and then later pulls the rug from under their feet and you hardly ever hear from them again if not never.

There is a article written here on VH1 BlogSpot interview with Ebony. She is not working for Bad Boy nor has Mike or Susanne from Season 1. She was fired from her job as a teacher in TExas and even being withheld from uncollecting unemployment benefits. Everynow she gets a few bucks thrown her way when she makes an appearance at a club but she is struggling hard from the looks of it. I have had clients who have had experiences getting what was so deserving of their services (that is to get paid) it took me a long 7 months to get the $$$... and it was under a g-note......

Well according to Ebony she's still not employed with Bad Boy. Now I don't know how true that is but that's what she said. I wonder if the other two winners from last season finally got hired? This show is obviously very scripted although I enjoy watching it. I'm glad Ebony won though. I didn't think Daniel was a good fit for the job. Puff Daddy should hire Ebony though I think she deserves it. He put them through hell for this job position.
