Well, I watch this show faithfully because what the hell, I Love Diddy! He's a wild card. My suggestion to any applicant is first and foremost know his history (even a little bit) as in any company you apply to as a prospective employee. To keep it brief, does anyone other than myself realize that the only true reason Daniel is still on this show is strictly for viewer purposes ONLY!!! Cut Daniel and VH1 loses 1/2million viewers....come on'. Furthermore, Diddy doesn't need an assistant, he loves money, thus a second show....he didn't keep his last two assistants,lol. Gotta' love em' each show becomes more entertaining than the first.

What was funny to me was CAP has a stanky attitude and its ok that she can yell and show her emotions, and tell Ivory off, but when Ivory does it all of a sudden CAPS comment becomes negative towards Ivory. Diddy doesn't like people who throw people under the BUS or TURN COATS, well Ebony threw Ivory under the BUS with the "BALL" snitching and so did Daniel with trying to make his self look good stating, he stayed up all night, while Ebony and Ivory slept, Again, he stayed up but everything he did still wasn't a stellar performance. Hell, he should have went to sleep too. How can you tell you guest you're out of food again unprofessional, because you didn't get to have your cattering crew there for the event--you throw you team mates under the BUS again. He has his arrogance and sneakiness too, it'll come out in the end.

Ebony doesn't have a clue, athletic maybe, team player could be, but corporate doesn't have a clue. Diddy asked the question what would you do if someone messed up your 1/2 billion dollar business? Well, hell if Ebony couldn't think to call a cab, or rental to get the clothing to where she was trying to get to---rather than calling Ivory for help the last FASHION Show challenge. How in the heck will she be able to make a decision on her own????

In the corporate world some times you have to make your apponent look bad in order to win the position, this show is a competition. Have you ever seen a football team, say hey move out the way and let the man with the ball into the end zone? NO! Have you ever seen a baseball player pick the ball up in the infield with the bases loaded and tell the runners, "Go head buddy, take a base its on me? NO! Wake up, this is a competition, for one of the most exclusive jobs out there. Not an interview for the golden arches.

Ivory needed to get the boot because she is insane in the membrane. Who blows up an exercise ball, and then lets the air out of it because no one helped to blow it up? Only a crazy immature child behaves in this manner. Ivory is too hostile, and she was clearly not prepared mentally for the tasks of being a team player or morally conscious. Cap stated it best, "The ball incident was too huge to overlook." Ivory love, do you know how many people in the world benefts from other people's work (i.e., the President, road workers, the Police, Mickey D's workers, etc)? Check this out, the Bible states, "The first should come last, and the last first." Google the scripture. Maybe it will help you in the future.

Oh darn, someone took away the discussion board. I like the last two contestants in Diddy 2, Ivory should have left loooong time ago, she always tries to make everyone else look bad and it took Diddy this long to realize that.

I have to agree with Ivory, She was pretty strong this challenge. I would have sent Ebony home. They pretty much sent her home because of the ball incident. That happened many episodes ago. If they where going to send her home for that, They should have sent her home immediately after it happened.. I think she will be back in 3. Just like Poprah came back after being sent home to soon. I feel that I Ivory is a great candidate, but what everyone is forgetting is that there may be other plans for her. Just like Poprah is still working for Diddy and they brought her back as well. But Ivory on many occassions has lied that she did something or didn't do something that would have gotten her in trouble.Ivory also is good for throwing someone else under the bus when things are her fault. She also likes to focus on other peoples faults when she is in trouble or being looked at bad. BUT, she is the go getter and she is the type who feels, if she wants it right, she needs to just do it herself. Due to what happened on these 2 last episodes, the right decision was made. Ebony isn't bad, I think she is more of a team player. She is non-confrontational unless she needs to stand up for a cause. Daniel is the clean cut and safe way to go. Technically, he is perfect. But for some of you the problem is that he was to clean for the show.

i was very disappoint about you letting ivory go. to me she was the only one willing to go the distance to get a job done. i can not see how daniel got to stay, when he has been riding the coatail of ivory during this whole entire show. i am very piss that she was sent home, upset with ebony for ousting her because she or daniel has the balls to stand for something. i not watching this show anymore after this.

Ivory was the BEST and STRONGEST candidate. She had the leadership capabilities over any of the other candidates. Many of you may not have liked how she played the game, but in the end as many of you have said, "IT'S STILL A COMPETITION". In the real corporate world she fits right in its cut throat and many of you know that too. Diddy is CEO, Ivory has the only personality strong enough to deal with DIDDY's personality (watching how Diddy interacts with others and the take no prisoners mentality), Ivory fitted right in. She was the only candidate that said, if you hired me today, I could sit out there in that seat and start today, when Diddy asked why should I hire you. No other candidate had even enough confidence in their self to even make that comment. Call it what ever you want, but there is nothing wrong with a strong personality. Some of the challenges they should have explained in detail the extent of what their expectations were of the candidates. The rules of the game and this show need to be modified next season. They should review the tapes, challenges etc., and score them based on their performances not simply on what the candidates (opponents say they did/didn't do). Their comments have no merit, all of them are in competition...duh!!! Ivory did what needed to be done and was the only candidate who step up or even accepted the role of LEADER for numerous challenges. Diddy is trying to hire an assistant who reports to him, my question is how many people will report to the assistant? With the number of business ventures he runs, and taking care of his family. There should basically be a department that reports solely to the assistant in order to handle the multiple task expected of Diddy. No one individual can handle all the things he expects. Think about it---if one person could do every thing he expected, he would need an assistant because he could do it his self. So, if he can't do it--how in the hell can you expect 1----1 candidate (if hired) to do it solo. The entire elimination process is garbage. Let them all come into the company as interns and see who last by running a department (giving them full range to do so). I will bet you Ivory would be the only person to last. People quit every day, that doesn't mean that the person who is their boss is a bad boss. It merely means, sometimes only the strong survive. For the person who made the comment about Diddy putting a big event like the FASHION EVENT solely in the hands of people who have never done this (Bad Move), and DIDDY and his team fault them. BULL!!! If anything each candidate should have been paired with someone from his staff, and given individual tasks and had access to answer questions along the way. Instead they threw them in the water and said swim. Then not to give them enough money (Duh!!!). Daniel made the comment, you start to wonder who do you want to work for Ivory or Mr. Combs? Well, guess what Daniel, if you win this competition you will see you yourself will be one in the same. And that is the same way Ivory was thinking. Your assistant should be an extention of you MR. DIDDY. You had that in IVORY. She thought as a leader and acted as such. Yes, it was all about IVORY in some instances, but ITS A COMPETITION people. This was for the ultimate job! The assistant to the CEO! Neither Ebony or Daniel have the ability to make that split second decision in crunch time. If this event had been out of the country DANIEL wouldn't have been able to call his friends. EBONY could call for a U-HAUL. CAP praising herself for rescuing them by bringing in the troops, well guess what--that should have been done at jump street. CAP should have been checking in to see how they were doing, if this event was so make or break big eventful. Instead, they went for the ratings. The most truthful thing said in the whole show, was CAP trying to blame the candidates for not being able to do her work--ah, multi-tasking!!! Diddy put CAP on blast when he, stated she could send a text or email. So, she's not too good at what she does either, seems under the pressure of the FASHION EVENT she folded too. Daniel only shows strength at elimination time ONLY. Its the only time he speaks with any type of authority (he has no strength what so ever). Ebony is an airhead, speaks quickly but if you listen to what she is actually saying, the content shows gaps in her thinking ability. The fashion show would have gone off well if everyone pulled of their part. Just because Daniel stayed up all night, does mean crap how do we know he didn't just stay up so he could simply use it as leverage. Daniel may have been up watching TV. Daniel is a waiter or bartender, not corporate and if he stayed up so late then he should have done every thing correctly because he thought out his part well. You have to busy trying to be the boss!!! You're working for the BOSS!!! You are a reflection, Ivory was the reflection to Diddy.
