@John I am in shock as well. I'm more of a BtSSB/AatP fan than Angelic Pretty, but I would kill (in a guro-lolita outfit, of course) just for the chance to set a foot in the Japanese branch of the AP store. And the way Maki and Asuka were referred to was just disgraceful, I agree, there should have been a box. (I think you might owe me ten bucks now lol)

dude... reffering to Maki and Asuka- the *celebrity designers* of the prolific Lolita Brand like Angelic Pretty- as just "Harajuku Girls" astounds me to no extent.... there wasn't even a ******* box at the bottom that introduced their names. ******* lucky *****... I would KILL to be dressed up in Angelic Pretty by Maki and Asuka...><.... I bet you ten bucks you people have NO ******* idea what I'm talking about... shows how much you (and Jessica) knows about "Harajuku Girls". :/

The same production crew that shot Newlyweds must have done this show also - they are using the same plane landing shots. In one episode of Newlyweds they show a DHL plane landing - I think that would have worked great for this show since they probably had to ship Jessica by freight!!!! Moooooooooo!

This show gets the main points across, but Jessica and the others are doing it in a very disrespectful and garish way. I think VH1 should replace the hosts to make this show tons better.

even though this show did not potray everything correctly. it still does get the point accross to me, other cultures are beautiful. Jessica is a dimwitt no one said she was a genius, but, i do give her credit for trying, unlike many people in our country who are not willing to try and learn ANYTHING about anyone but themselves.

I'm in complete agreement with you. It is very unfortunate about the Harajuku girls. I wasn't aware they were trying to be like Americans...but I really hope that's not how we come off to the rest of the world haha. The blonde hair I can understand but no one really dresses like that...lol

Jessica is not ignorant. She is just trying to find what beauty means in different cultures. She believes that everyone can be beautiful by just being themselves and I am sure that her intentions are pure. OK I cannot keep silence no more. WOWO that women who wanted eye surgery .. wow. I can't believe she was like agnorant and was like I want be like you and have bigger eyes there's no way you can make bigger eyes dummy unless you get new eyballs screw to your head.
