I loved I WANT TO WORK FOR DIDDY. I enjoy this show more than MAKING any of The Bands. But to be honest with you, I would also like for Diddy to get this message. I have this love, hate feeling for DIDDY. I think he's strong, educated,ambitious amongst all other postive missions he has conquered in his lifetime. The only thing that discourages me is that I can acknowledge and agree with one of the comments that POPRAH made when she was terminated. And I couldn't agree more. The show wasnt about I Want to Work for Diddy It was about how much you can kiss his ass. I understand and can appreciate the fact that he made his career successful and that's something he can be proud of. But at the same time I didnt like the way he spoke down to people, it was almost like he was a Massa and they were enacted like his slaves. You talk about empowering people and making them better but at what cost to your own self worth. It seems that you forgot about the struggle and what it took to make you successful. I love you Diddy, I love what you have done for your self, but at the same time you can be very cocky and you have a big ego. You stated that you did not like the Devilness when they planned the club event but God wants you to humble yourself. Because as big as you are now, God can strip you of the fame and fortune. Always appreciate that people want to work for you and that they see you are someone that inspires them not ridicule and intimidate. The most effective leader you can be is to coach for performance. Make a show about the struggle you endured to make it to the top. And an idividual can do to aspire to be like you. Not treat people like servants or slaves. You're smarter than that. I respect you, and I admire you, I just feel as if you got to big for yourself. I would really like some feedback from you pertaining to my comment.
I wish Diddy had given the job to fat ass Poprah. One ass deserves another, and it is too bad Poprah didn't get the job. She is a delusional *****, and he is an *******...they would have been a great combination.
