Dr. Drew tries to get information from Dennis about his addiction and why he's in rehab.
Sadly, everyone can see Dennis except...Dennis. I actually think (based on things I saw on Celeb. Apprentice) he is a really good person. But his addiction & his self-importance conceal his true spirit. No question he has had it tough--celeb athlete or not. I totally get being abandoned & neglected. But I hope he lets someone love him back to health. Mikenzie, you are an INSPIRATION. As a recipient of childhood abuse, I was infuriated with those who question(ed) your sincerity. I knew it was truth from the second you revealed it. You are God's messenger, girl! There are a lot of them, but your voice is just louder & larger. Accept the role He gave you! You are a helper angel! My son is one, too! Heidi, I know your loneliness. I pray you will stop isolating yourself from the world. You are a beautiful child of God. Your past is your past. You can start brand new anytime you choose! Exterminating the self-hatred (admitted or not) is one key. Think of the one(s) you love most. How would you feel if they continually tortured themselves? self-destructed? because they believed themselves to be worthless & pathetic. How would you feel? Guess what...that's how God feels about your self-destructive behavior and your pain. You are his child. He created you. It rips his heart out to know how you feel about yourself and--his creation--you! I know this because I went through it and he revealed these things to me about myself. And if it's true for/about me, it's true for/about you!!!! God bless all of you. You are brave beyond words to participate in this televised social experiment of sorts. People with a true spirit of LOVE are rooting for you. The others are merely spiritually disabled and we can pray for their spiritual growth!
