I agree 100% with you Melissa went and cryed like a baby and Tesha kept going no matter what was thrown at her this show is a wash. I don't care who wins and as for the staff they need a reality check on what it means to be on a team and be a team player Captain or not

That was a load of crap Tesha was thrown under the bus and yall know it Melissa has been a cry baby from the beginning and because Tesha had a small melt down because she missed her kids she was punished for it. Steve what a speech you know it's a bunch of BS I don't care what you never ever go against a team mate ever and you stood up there like you didn't even know her and she was part of the Red team that doesn't even exsist Shame on you Steve shame on you. Never turn your back on your team. I hope you sleep well at night and again that speech about well you know the crap you said. All I have to say is Yea Right Whatever. You Go Tesha show them how it's really done girl i'm praying for you and Congrads on your wedding

What is edited for TV and what is reality are often far different.... As a multi-time bootcamper AND a member of Steve's class 4 days a week, his heart is invested 100% into the wellbeing and success of everyone he trains. He pushes people to do what they never thought they could do instead of letting them settle for mediocre.

It's not always how it seems, I know that from TV experience. Steve loved his girls and they all know it, and that's what matters. Remember, it's TV... Steve wouldn't have thousands of people continue to go through his FL boot camps if he weren't truly encouraging, but I TOOOOTALLY see how it looks. Steve didn't like watching it either. :)

Shame on u for not having Tesha's back! What kind of trainer are you? If your girls aren't losing weight, then ur failing at ur job and encouragement isn't yelling at someone and telling them they aren't trying hard enough, it is "encouraging" them to go harder. Yell things about how proud her kids would be of her if she finished quicker and stronger, not bashing her and making her feel like what she is trying her hardest to do isn't good enough. And Tesha is older than these girls and she has children and she was still there and doing the work, she even climbed up that rope when Melissa could barely get across the monkey bars and Tesha got across those bars quicker and she finished before Melissa. Shame on u for not having u own team members back. What a crappy trainer. I hope this show is scripted b/c that would be the only good excuse for what u did. And from the looks of the other trainers video, it's got to be scripted b/c she was definitely reading something...and not doing a very good job at it. And ur leader looks like she needs to lay off the steroids and the eyeshadow brush, she's manlier than u are.
