Even though I don't like Evelyn and Tami I do understand their emphasis on honesty and going directly to the person who have a problem with to discuss the issue. Also, giving honesty constantly is simply good manners and part of maintaining solidarity in a group is supposed to be tight-knit. Yes, Tami and Evelyn need to polish how their take criticism and to handle their stress and temper in a civilized manner (as well as putting their egos aside at ALL times), they have really big hearts.
