Rasheeda have you ever thought about managing or writing for a female rapper? You have some good material but, sometimes it is not for us to push our material but, for us to make someone else. You have great talent and good material but, you are a mother and a wife and it may not be appropriate for your situation as to what you discuss in your music. Something to think about?

Their communication skills need MAJOR work. BOTH of them are awful listeners...neither lets the other get a complete sentence out before interrupting. They obviously love one another and want to advance, but that won't ever be heard...they need some therapy, seriously...

TeamEVE, you hit it right on the head. Those tears are used by women to manipulate people into getting off their back. But I do agree with Wacky Flaky momma. In the end, this is Rasheedas career. Her Husband has got to swallow his pride and let his little birdie fly, if that is what she wants to do.

I don't think Rasheeda was wrong, her husband is mixing their marriage with business and that causes marries to fall apart. They both should've sat down and explained to each other how they felt instead of Rasheeda going to another manager, not only does that hurt him AS her manager but also as her husband.

First, she need to learn to talk less & listen more. Second, if you can't be loyal to your own husband who can she be loyal too. Third, maybe just maybe it's the artist not the manager. He seems more dedicated to her career than she does. He seems more professional as well. At the end of the day, a new manager may save her marriage though . The least she could have done was give he a head up, you owe him that much.

So wrong to have someone from the outside to make her see what a failure000ahe has been as manager and even a husband to her. EVERYONE IS COMING DOWN HARD ON RASHEEDA BUT I DONT THINK SHE MEANS HARM TO HER HUSBAND. I THINK SHE FEELS HE CAN'T TAKE HER TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND ALTHOUGH HE MAY HAVE TAKEN HER TO THIS POINT, IT DOES NOT MEAN HE HAS THE MEANS TO TAKE HER FURTHER. SHE IS IN A DIFFICULT POSITION.
