The saying goes hurt people hurt people since Chrissy lost both her parents when she was a baby. Chrissy is hurting Jim by being mortified that if they have a child something might happen. Since Chrissy just keeps putting it off saying they both aren't ready it looks suspicious of not being a strong woman after a circumstance. How would she respond if something happened to her child's dad Jim for example. This is what Jim needs to evaluate before he plants there will she give up because life gives up. Or can she be strong and keep moving on. We women if we want to be real and take on real responsibilities we have to be strong look at Jim's mother she raised a MAN by herself. And so could Chrissy if she focused. Otherwise don't go hurting because you hurting.
