He knows exactly what he is doing. If he cared about her at all, he would help her grow like the Dr said. Now this little girl is leaving feeling even more insecure inside, and more dependant on that sleaze bag. Btw Courtney, we all think that we know everything at 16, and we are all wrong. Every single one of us humans. There is nothing creative about what you are wearing. You did not make those clothes, and you are not putting them together in a creative way. You are dressing like thousands of girls do every night at the strip club. Not being mean, just stating facts.

Doug loves courtney way more than she loves him and you can see it. She is took young to be married. Something had to happen with courtney as a kid for her to think it is ok for her to dress like that and to marry someone who is 50 and she is only 16. You can not tell me courtney was not sexually abusived as a kid .

I really think doug truely does love courtney but courtney still wants to be a teenager and you can tell doug is getting tried of it. Doug loves her way more than courtney loves him.

Courtney said "this environment is out of control"? Clearly it's started with her and her lack of self-respect and respect for others. She blames her nasty ways on her age, just as her husband does. That's as old as her face looks. I know people her age that don't act this way. It's bad parenting and no guidance, her mother was probably the same way.

Courtney is using a vaild issue going on in society to justify her want to dress like a stripper. If she wants to dress like that she can, but I don't feel like you should allow the quailty of your show to be affected by someone who is just there to try and get her 15 minutes of fame. I can't believe you are even considering allowing them to come back. I will not watch your show if they return. I feel like the whole message of the show is ruined because of Courtney. Seriously biggest mistake EVER to have them come back! You can't help someone is who is unwilling to help themselves. You're a therapist you should realize that!

They just wanted to get exposure, they didn't want to get any help. Both of them are dysfunctional and Doug is disgusting. Doug loves the attention that his "wife" gets dressed as a cheaper hooker. She is NO activist.

I'd love for Dr. J to have Courtney's parents on the show. It's obvious they were anxious to rid themselves of her why else would they dump her on a 52 year old man? Her parents are disgusting!
