When Jackie learns that Laura met with one of her daughters, Jackie confronts her about her reasoning and intentions.
@Mary, that public information is questionable and just because someone was accused of something doesn't mean they did it. Even if someone was found innocent the charges will still be on their record. Any one can post a false report or claim on the web. What they did to Draya was still wrong even if they didn't contact her son. The situations are similar. Both situations were trying to paint them as bad moms. Jackie was the ring leader with the Draya incident.
@They're Both Little Girls, if you watched the episode where Brooke got the news Draya originally clapped and congratulated her. She didn't down play anything. The mood didn't change until Shawn unprofessionally brought up Draya to another client. If Brooke was a real friend she would have excused herself or stood up for Draya plain and simple. Plus she should have accepted the fact that Draya did not go to the party to prevent drama because we all know Brooke would have blamed Draya again and tried to accuse her of something that is simply not the case. Shawn felt necessary to bash Draya again at the party which again was unprofessional. He was obviously looking for drama and Draya didn't want to mess up Brooke's night. Brooke went over the top in this case trying to force someone to be happier for HER accomplishment. SHE should be the one who is overly excited. People are over Brooke because she continued to bring up the situation EVERY F'N moment she could and she purposely tried to start drama with Draya like when Draya said she didn't want to hang with the Govan sisters because she didn't want to be apart of the drama with Jackie because what Laura did was wrong. Brooke tried to make that conversation about her talking about how she'll hang with them and blah blah blah. Well good for her no one said she couldn't also that calling Draya's manager was bogus as hell.
Not only that but Draya was fake in regards to Gloria as well. She kicks it with Gloria and acts friendly in her face but yet she tried to encourage Bambi to go cuss her out while saying Gloria got a smart mouth, which was a random bring-up.
Jackie's daughter contacted Laura and put her mom on blast. The only time Laura said something was when she repeated what Jackie said to the girls about her own kids. Laura and Gloria may not be liked by some people because of last season, but they are not the ones to blame this season. Bambi is in the wrong all day long. She never liked Laura or Gloria. Bambi took their kindness for weakness. Bambi spent the beginning of the season dissing Brook to everyone. Then she meets up with Brook and realizes Brook is not scared of her and is from the hood too. So Bambi leaves Brook alone.

Yes they inquired about Draya on the net and confronted her with information that was a matter of public record , but they did not go as far as to try and contact her son. They were being nosy and they took it to Draya, not her child ,and yes Jackie's girls are adults ,but Laura's intentions were not to help and she was already told not to contact them and she went behind Jackie's back and used her daughter to try and get information to hurt her mom , THAT'S NOT COOL! If one of my SO CALLED FRIENDS did that WE would havea PROBLEM!
Laura is a great actress! The fact that she's been able to portray sincerity and etc all throughout this show tells me that any time she says she's being "for real for real," she's just putting on her actress face once again and spewing some greatly contrived lies; thus, she's probably been the fakest member on this show since Season 1 this whole time. Jackie is just a gossiper, stirring pots and whatnot, but as Laura has showed her excellent manipulation skills this season, it seems that SHE'S the real manipulator.
Why are people making up excuses for Draya? Shaun doing what he did has nothing to do with Draya downplaying Brooke's accomplishments and flat-out highlighting that she never really gave a pig's feet in general; that was completely unrelated shade. In her solo narration she threw massive shade by basically saying Brooke was beneath her accomplishments regardless of the outcome, and it was clear that she had felt that way from jump; it was more like an opportunity to just finally say it. Where do friends do that at? "It's a big deal --- FOR YOU." That's like me telling my friend that basically they're a bottom-feeder. Granted, Brooke should've done her part, but Draya stamped her messy card the minute she had a fit about her "closed set" issue. If Draya didn't want to be bad-mouthed, she shouldn't have put herself in that position to begin with; you're inviting the sharks to dinner on your own!

Brooke as a friend to Draya should have told Shaun to tone it down when he was talking stuff about Draya then i think Draya wouldve felt comfortable sitting down with them at her celebration.
Draya was initially excited for Brooke until and only after the man Shaun started to say things about her.
Why are they so sensitive about Laura's communication with Jackie's ADULT children? I remember when Jackie led the ladies to turn against Draya for being a bad mother to her SMALL child.
I felt where Brook was coming from.I would be hurt two as a friend .Now if they was not friends then Draya could act they way she act. Draya is always being amped up for other people stuff.Why not be that way for Brook?
As stated by Funky Dineva, Laura does look like Toucan, and Gloria and Rasheeda have the same bagged out eyes, They are NOT cute. I don't know what Laura did to get rid of the weight but she doesn't look healthy in the face. LOVE Brooke, Malaysia, Draya and crazy Bam!
She did "blast Jackie out." She told Brooke about the complex issue between Jackie and her daughter. That's why Brooke asked Jackie about it the day they both made up from their fight. I'm sorry, but the end seems fake and scripted. I can't believe that's the season finale. The shows came so quick. One third of the drama was about Brooke vs Bambi, then another third was about the King magazine issue then another third was about Jackie vs Laura. The Bambi vs Gloria was nonsense that lasted one small portion on one episode. That doesn't even count. The Brooke vs Jackie "fight" doesn't count either. That scene is disqualified from even being considered since they edited the fight out. I'm sure vh1 deleted a bunch of scenes that were supposed to air (Besides the Brooke and Jackie fight) after the backlash received from BBW Miami. Now the show seemed fake, scripted, choppy, and quite boring. It doesn't always have to be about violence, but don't make reality tv seem faker than what it is by cutting out scenes and giving "real life" drama a fairy tale ending. I'm sorry, but I am not impressed. *insert McKayla's not impressed face*
Why? For reacting the same way any other person would have responded after their "friend" allowed them to be bashed without even sticking up for them, or without having the common courtesy to get up and have their conversation else where?

The issue of Jackie Christie's child-rearing skills were brought to our attention by her daughters. Social media being what it is makes it difficult to back petal statements easily accessible via the web. Since apparently none of the accusations involved child endangerment, Jackie's treatment of her children remains a personal issue between she, her children and God (who all know the truth). However, let us not forget that these accusations were made by Jackie's daughters and not Laura Govan who though eager to resolve her own issues with Jackie (from season 1), has come out of this fiasco looking like the bad guy having reached out to her daughters. That being the case I continue to contend that children have no place in the very messy world of reality television.
it sounds like laura was trying to get jackie's daughters to new orleans to confront jackie. but the daughters figured it out and told their mom.remember laura kept on saying she had a big surprise for jackie...seems like she is trying back peddle out of the mess she created
