first off, Erica should stick to modeling. but Olivia hasnt had a hit album as far as i know. a few ok songs and December. but in order to deliver a "diva status' in the industry you need to pay your dues. if you can bring it then show you can, if you cant then fall back. neither one of these girls is a Beyonce, or a KMichelle, or a Christina Aguilera or a Celine Dion or a Lil Kim. you have to be able to hold your own at the table before you call the shots. thats the point. 2nd, you cant be smashing someone your working with, that just leads to issues right there...

Richz has lost his mind. On one hand he has an artist that has been there and another that has bent over. Olivia you need to let them both go if Richz can't see a name brand that he is asking you to lower. This woman Erica is on her 13th minute. Can Erica sing??????

I don't blame Olivia for not wanting to work with Erica's whack @$$. Erica doesn't have any talent and is very unprofessional. Erica's only talent is running her mouth and taking her clothes off. My problem with Olivia is she thinks she's a superstar. She never was to begin with and she's her own biggest fan.

I get that Olivia came off rude and like a diva but she should be taking that anger out on Rich. The ONLY reason he wants Erica on the record is because he is sleeping with her. She can't rap or sing so I get why she doesn't want to sign her name to it. BUT at the same time lets be honest...when was the last time Olivia put anything big out? She is only relevant because of this show. If it wasn't for that she wouldn't be heard from and nobody would remember her. So she should get off her self induced podium.
