Ramona pegged the snotty attitude of a lot of teens (not all, I'm sure) and I wonder if she sees any part of herself as a teen in her daughter's attitude. Teens have to be the hardest age group to deal with as they have no life experiences outside their iPod-toting school buds. And yet, they think they're ready for intimate relationships, children and everything else that they are not willing to wait for. Everything is instant gratification. Apple and Microsoft have ruined the next generation of workers.
