Certainly Carla reaped the benefits for whatever he did that landed him in jail so it comes with the territory...she can't back pedal now. BTW, raising your kids is not a privilege, it's a duty, moreover a responsibility you incur when you make them. Your ignorance is suffocating. Perhaps your 5 "baby daddies" aren't playing the fatherly role, but it doesn't mean all men don't want to be parent. They have just as much a right as we do, considering they're stand-up men of course.

Mom's usually get Full Physical Custody. They could work it out and they get shared custody , but with Carla having full custody. Carla did work before this guy went to jail. She may have made some money and saved it. We don't know where she got all for money to buy her car etc.Maybe she had savings, stocks, 401k, generous parents or credit cards with high limits..He sure wasnt legally working and sending support to her and the kids from a cell. She works now doing the show , Wine by Wives and Homemade Soaps. She may not need his handouts.She is better off without him for sure.
Carla has a boyfriend you idiot. Plus where does Joe get off thinking he deserves 50/50 percent after not raising his kids? He learned how to be a dad in jail? He should work his way up to that PRIVILEGE There great fathers who have actually been there for their kids who haven't been able to get 50/50 percent. What makes him so special?
