Y'all are coming down on Evelyn hard, but I've been to Flirty Girl Fitness. It is a little weird trying to be sexy in front of a bunch of women. And that pole! If your upper arm strength isn't up to par, you'll mess around and break something. I think she should've given it a shot though. I took a bunch of classes, looked like a nut but enjoyed myself. My arms hurt for about a week, but my upper arm strength got much better.
