My question is: Who can really find love on a reality show? IMO these shows are about the ratings only. Although I must admit I do enjoy watching them and will probably continue to watch them, I think the men and women that come on these shows are all about exposure for whatever reasons; potential singers, models, whatever. And the people who agree to do these shows (New York, Real & Chance, etc.) do them for the money and exposure. I'll bet anything that we will see a "For the Love of Ray J 2" later this year. The only show that isn't pretentious is I Love Money. They are there for the money, everyone knows that and they don't have to pretend to like somebody or fall in love with somebody. But as long as we watch, VH1 will keep pumping them out and laughing all the way to the bank.
In this crazy television reality dating show sensation there are three women so far I will say loved and was rejected. There is my one and only Princess Tiffany/New York Pollard who was twice eliminated on the final elimination episode on seasons 1&2 of the 'Flavor of Love.' I admire and love her for the depth of her love for flav and the power of her tears. Then there is Sinceer who also was rejected on the final elimination episode of 'Flavor of Love' season 3. The devotion and love for Flav was unquestioned yet Flav dismissed her and chose someone else which he unceremoniously dumped on the show's national 'Reunion Special' for the mother of his last child. Now there is Chardonnay who got too close to Ray J. and was eliminated because the connection he formed with her was 'Family?' In other words the connection they created with each other was so tight and close she entered into the dreaded 'Friendship Zone.' Chardonnay put her heart on the line and the initial connection was explosive but became too familar that Ray J. claimed there never formed a sexual connection between himself and Chardonnay. What happened to all that rhetoric about becoming friends then lovers? Chardonnay remains the most sincere and genuine woman of the fourteen women gathered together to complete for the love of Ray J. Yet she was sent away in tears because she first became a friend before she became a lover. Like the two other women on these television reality dating shows each young lady displayed a love authentic and true but was rejected. Each of these women showed the television audience the truth of whom they are and seemed to be penalized for the honesty of their love. Tiffany/New York Pollard was rejected because of her extreme self-confidence and brash honesty. The last competitor was chosen because of her smile and all the love T/NYP brought to the table was raked away for a beautiful smile? What a sad excuse to employ as a way of dispatching the only woman on the show that loved him so deeply she talked about marriage not satisfied being the woman on his arm. To this day she has nothing but love and praise for the man that twice nationally rejected her. Sinceer cried real tears and showed the pain of brokenheartedness. In her mannerism and speech it was revealed the love and hurt she experienced by being pushed away by Flav. Now Chardonnay with class and dignity, there for her man on every level but still dismissed. Low keyed yet energetic she and Ray J. developed a chemistry we all could see was authentic. But Ray J. formed a more romantic connection with the three remaining women on the show. Why? Because there was a kind of sexual tension between him and the three other women. With Chardonnay there existed a relaxed atmosphere between the two. Isn't that how we all want our intimate relationships to be based on? Being able to talk freely, easily, enjoy absolute free flowing entertainment whenever, where ever we are with that one that makes laughing so easy, isn't that the foundation of an enduring love story? Both these men held genuine love in their embrace but released it for someone immediate and easy. Makes one believe this is all tv and nothing more. Both men claim after the show has ended and a young woman is chosen he made a mistake in his choice. Because it appears they resist picking the young woman that completes him because he was never really looking for love, just television exposure. I really feel for these three young ladies so much real love to give but rejected for that reason. Chardonnay be strong and know we all love you and see you are a magnificent, beautiful woman Ray J. let go but it's television and your love was reality, move on sister love is your's. I hope you get your own television reality dating show. We all know you are sincere, honest, sexy, loving, caring, and genuine. At least98% of the comments posted are positive and loving. Who of us wouldn't like for you to get your own dating show? Everyone would watch it because of our love for you and the love we all pray you will find. If that young woman from the 'Rock of Love' can pull her own show why can't 'For the Love of Chardonny?' Looks good, sounds good, will be fantastic,VH1 we can't wait to watch it, it's a winner, make it happen. Flavor Flav, Ray J. we all see what's going on with you and VH1, now let's see if true love is really found on reality television dating shows, it's time for Chardonnay, pour us a drink.
ok, so every one has a past , and some are good and some are trouble, but who is ray J to judge, based on his past he is not a trust worthy person, due to the fact that he share a personal intimate tape witht he world, how can you ever trust someone like that, and he did it for money, when there was no reason, when he, his family had, ha money, so what is his devil motives... so Leave Danger Alone she is human, and so far she has been honest, she put every thing on the table to the world for him...peace and blessings
