Well said! I wish I could respond like that, but I always have to write a novel. I am a cellular and molecular bio major, and due to my recently becoming an evolutionist (five years ago), I have severed ties with the Christian community and am less judgmental like ILove. My name actually means love in Yoruba.

I just wanted to express my disapproval of the hypocrisy that has been exhibited...Too Short mentioned that he idolizes Hugh Hefner, who I have considered to be the equivalent of a ********* due to the age gap (usually greater than the one between Courtney and Doug) that is consistent between him and the women that he is romantically involved with. He gets older and his women get younger, and they are only sex objects to him. Too Short was not so judgmental, but I bet the other men who were very harsh idolize Hugh as well. Really, no one should be buying Playboy, if they don't support this behavior. It's as if the magic number, 18, is a free pass for pedophilia. I don't agree with any girl marrying at the age of 16, except for special circumstances (pregnant, etc.). In this day in age, any 16 year old boy or girl marrying is a disservice to themselves. Young people should have an array of experiences prior to marriage to avoid the temptations of what they haven't experienced (this is just the way it is today...too many temptations and vices at the click of a mouse). I just think that it's hypocritical that everyone praises Hugh Hefner, but is upset with Doug. I don't judge Courtney and Doug, but their relationship does seem to be frustrating to Doug at times. I also think that we often tell people not to judge others because of how they dress, but we're all roasting Courtney for her clothing. I don't see why her outfits are so offensive. I don't care what she wears one way or the other. Yes, she should only be wearing bikinis near water because they're made for that purpose. However, would we be upset if someone wore a prom dress to their biology class? We'd probably laugh at them, but it's their choice. I think we try to conform to the beliefs of the three major religions, which are antiquated and evolutionarily throwback-ish (in my opinion). I am not offended by her clothes because I don't have those antiquated moral standards. People, this hypocritical judgmental behavior is just a symptom of a greater problem-the "R" word...If you know what I mean.

I think Doug is severely insecure and his mind he is inlove, he is probably thirsty for some ***** and a mate, because women his age don't give him the time of day and here comes this young tender-roni and he jumps for joy, meanwhile this young tender-roni and her dumb-ass mother is in it only to use him for fame and fortune.. May God have merci on them.. that is all I am going to say..

I was 16 when my parents allowed me to move in with (and marry within 6 months) a guy that was 22.. That was too much of an age difference then. I never would have allowed my children to do that. I feel my mother just wanted me out of the house because I was a handful. They should have protected me. There's a reason why there are age limits on things like driving, voting, marriage, etc. Children aren't emotionally mature enough to make these decisions on their own. Personally, I don't think anyone should be allowed to marry before the age of 25. That's when a person's brain is fully developed, not before. If you are between the ages of 18 and 25 then just live together, but don't make a lifelong commitment and don't have children before then, The odds of it lasting a lifetime aren't on your side.

I always thought age was just a number until i saw Courtney with her man. Its not just what she was thinking or doing it was her parents to. What mom and dad would let there child do that? If I was with a older man my mom would kill me and disown me. Not sticking up for Courtney or anything, but I think people should start to think about what her parents are letting here do. I just think her parents should start to here this stuff to so they know they did wrong to. Remember they let her get married to him, she could not did it own her own.

Courtney is disgusting, she needs more help than Couples Therapy can give her, her old ass husband needs just as much help. Her parents should be ashamed of themselves. They created that hot mess.

that little cortney child is troubled on so many levels. her parents need to be publicly stoned for allowing her to marry that child molester!!! she needs to put on some clothes and stop making that duck face! she is one of the weakest females I have ever witnessed. KUDOS to the family of the pervert husband for disowning his creeper a@@. I would've done the same thing. the relationship is SICK!!! I have a 17 year old daughter, I would bury the man for even calling me and telling me some BS about being in love with my daughter. She obviously comes from a family with no morals!

REAL Christians aren't supposed to judge like you have either. No one on Earth is a real Christian by the bible's standards, not you, not her, not Mother Theresa. Religion is merely and unfortunately hypocrisy at its finest. Focus on the love in your name and ignore the urge to bring bitterness to others

Wow, that little 17 year old kid said she is a christian, but REAL Christians don't act like that or talk like that or dress like that and they actually go to church and read the bible. It doesn't seem like she really knows anything at all about God/Jesus or the bible. And I feel really bad for her because yhis old man is completely taking advantage of her because he is waaay to old fer her, hes a pervert! And her parents are atrocious for letting her have anything to do with this old man. How could they possibly be okay with this marriage? Are they in it for the money? And he keeps saying that the marriage was under God but I guarantee that God would never bless such a marriage.

Doug just isn't right, he needs to accept the fact that he's a perverted old man that desires underage girls. He's no different than the men that get busted for having a website that depicts men having sex with underage girls, only difference is the ones that should have a problem with what he's doing with Courtney are cool with it. It's just wrong to allow a grown man to take advantage of your daughters ignorance the way they are allowing him to.
